    1. C-GS, C-RUM, and C-USP: Joint Recommendation that proposes: That an
      administrative unit may or may not include a donor’s name. Any academic
      record, including but not limited to, the degree program name, diploma,
      transcript, and course (subject) codes, shall not have a donor’s name or initial

    2. C-GS and C-RUM: Joint Recommendation to approve a one-year extension in the
      degree-nominating authority (MS, BS, Minor, Honors) of the Interdisciplinary
      Program in Earth Systems, for the period of 6/1/2011 through 8/31/2012.

    3. C-GS: Recommendation to change the name of the degree program “Interdisciplinary
      Program in Environment and Resources” to “Environment and Resources” in the
      School of Earth Sciences. [This will clarify the actual disciplinary field in which the
      MS and PhD degrees are awarded; the new name will appear on diplomas and transcripts.]

      required for the J.D. (109, with 45 maximum external transfer units), M.L.S. (35),

      order to finalize the Law School’s change from semesters to quarter. (11/18/09)

      and Ethnicity (CCSRE), for the five-year period of 8/1/2011 through 8/31/2016.
